SURF AT EL PALMAR BEACH

Located in the district of San Carlos, El Palmar beach owes its name to the many palms that you can observe. Palmar Surf Club is responsible for conducting the classes in this heartwarming sport, which is benefiting from its location in the Pacific, where their classes are run by professional surfers.  Do not miss the opportunity to learn to surf in one of the most renowned beaches of our country, since no experience is required, only the desire to  venture.

Surf School was founded in 2005 by Flor Villarreal, an Argentinian from Mar del Plata who is an energetic surfer. Flor has a dregree in Tourism and Hotel Management and is also a dedicated mom who taught her son TAO how to surf. Today, Tao is a multi-champion with a national surf ranking . Corrently was chosen to represent Panama in the ISA World Junior Surfing!

Includes:

• Ground transport,
• Surf board,
• Two bottles of water,
• Bilingual instructor,
• Theory, and practice on the sand and the water.

Recommendations: a change of clothes, bathing suit, rash-guard or t-shirt, sunscreen, sunglasses, hat and foremost know how to swim.

Important Information: This tour operates every day, the minimum age is 10 years old, be in good physical condition, be free from pressure or heart, the hours may vary due to tide and weather conditions changes may occur before or during the activity.
